Karen Gomes, RN

Karen is a Health Care Executive and Consultant with demonstrated ability to deliver results across the continuum of care, including geriatric care, home health, hospice, transitional care and population health management. She offers a unique combination of skills, with extensive experience applying strong financial, operational, process management, analytical and communication skills in highly regulated, complex organizations, often undergoing consolidation as in much of healthcare today.

Karen was previously the President and CEO of Tufts Medicine Care at Home (formerly Home Health Foundation), in Lawrence, MA where she led the merger of HHF into Tufts Medicine as a corporate member of the health system and was responsible to the Board of Trustees and Health system CEO for overall financial and clinical performance of home health and hospice programs.
